How it works
Coaching Platform: While sessions are over the phone, the majority of our interaction will be done through an app—accessible through iPhone, Android, and/or your desktop computer.
In the app, you’ll be able to:
Log meals and journal
Receive documents and health resources
Input health metrics (weight, mood, sleep, etc.)
View and order supplement recommendations\
Link popular health tracking devices
View completed blood work
Use the chat function to message me 24/7
And so much more!
Coaching Call Format: Live sessions are held through Zoom or over the phone; in-person option if local (Oklahoma City Metro).
Frequency of Calls: Sessions are typically once or twice per week, but fluid. Some need more frequent sessions in the beginning, while others are more hands-off. This is tailored to what you feel you need to succeed.
Length of Calls: Each session lasts between 30–60 minutes.
Between Call Sessions: We’ll create strategies, look at various resources, and/or reflect in support of your progress. You’ll always have space to check in, celebrate wins, and navigate challenges via in-app chat.

Daily Rhythms – Aligning routines (like meal timing, hydration, or screen use) to support balance and consistency.
