One-On-One Coaching

How coaching works

Coaching Platform: While sessions are over the phone, the majority of our interaction will be done through an app—accessible through iPhone, Android, and/or your desktop computer.

In the app, you’ll be able to:

  • Log meals and journal

  • Receive documents and health resources

  • Input health metrics (weight, mood, sleep, etc.)

  • View and order supplement recommendations\

  • Link popular health tracking devices

  • View completed blood work

  • Use the chat function to message me 24/7

  • And so much more!

Coaching Call Format: Live sessions are held through Zoom or over the phone; in-person option if local (Oklahoma City Metro).

Frequency of Calls: Sessions are typically once or twice per week, but fluid. Some need more frequent sessions in the beginning, while others are more hands-off. This is tailored to what you feel you need to succeed.

Length of Calls: Each session lasts between 30–60 minutes.

Between Call Sessions: We’ll create strategies, look at various resources, and/or reflect in support of your progress. You’ll always have space to check in, celebrate wins, and navigate challenges via in-app chat.
