About me

Hey! My name is Rance Edwards. I’m an Oklahoma-based National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) through the NBHWC and Master Primal Health Coach (MPHC) through the Primal Health Coaching Institute (PHCI). Additionally, I serve on a patient care team as a health coach at Revero Health—a metabolic and autoimmune clinic—and I host an online community called The Keto Keep.

My passion for helping people runs deep. Since I lost my mom when I was in high school—and many friends along the way, to completely preventable and reversible diseases—I’ve decided to honor them by helping as many people avoid a similar fate as I possibly can.

My mission is to see healthcare revolutionized—in hopes that one day, people won’t slip through the cracks so easily; patients will be heard, understood, and respected. Working alongside doctors, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other health coaches, I’m confident we can make this a reality.

Who I really am

I’m a husband, a father, and a health coach—but above all, I’m human. I’ve known what it feels like to be sick, overweight, frustrated, anxious, and depressed. I’ve felt broken in my body, lost in my mind, and heavy in my spirit. I’ve grieved, I’ve struggled, and I’ve wondered if things would ever get better. But I’ve also healed—and that journey has shaped the heart of my coaching practice today.

Since 2019, I’ve been working as a health coach, and each year has stretched me, humbled me, and taught me more than I ever expected. In my private practice, I’ve walked alongside over 100 clients, and through my role on a multidisciplinary healthcare team, I’ve had the privilege of supporting 300+ patients. I’ve worked with people as young as 19 and as seasoned as 85, men and women from all walks of life, each bringing their own story, struggles, and victories.

Though I’m only 32, my own health journey has been complex. In my late teens and early twenties, my body often felt decades older than it should have. I dealt with heart palpitations, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, spinal and joint pain, recurring injuries, brain fog, eczema, IBS, and even times where breathing felt difficult. On top of that, I walked closely with my mom as she fought—and refought—cancer three times before we had to say goodbye. Those years left a mark on me.

But they also gave me compassion. They gave me perspective. They gave me a fire to not just survive, but to find healing—and to help others do the same. I know what it’s like to feel hopeless about your body and mind, and I know how transformative it feels when things begin to shift.

The good news? It’s never too late. No matter what you’ve been through, you can still uncover the best version of yourself—mentally, physically, emotionally. Healing may not always look linear, but it is possible.

I’ve personally experienced profound healing through diet and lifestyle changes, and I’ve seen the same in others. I’ve worked with people who have faced devastating trauma, battled cancer, undergone major surgeries, or lived with chronic conditions for decades. Despite these challenges, small, consistent changes have nudged their bodies toward balance and wellness—often in ways that surprised even them.

For me, it’s an honor to be part of these stories. Every client I’ve worked with has reminded me that resilience is real, that growth is possible, and that we’re never as stuck as we might feel. And just as I’ve walked with them, I’d be honored to walk with you—offering guidance, encouragement, and steady support as you move toward your own healing and wholeness.
