I met Rance at work and decided to give his approach a try. I started at 279 lbs with constant pain in my lower back, knees, and ankles—and almost no energy. Within 6 months I was down to 220 lbs, the pain was gone, and I had energy again. The key was eating more meat and incorporating fasting. Hard the first two weeks, but after that I turned a corner I didn't expect.
I had spoken with multiple doctors and specialists for years of pain—including family members who are doctors. Nothing helped. I was close to giving up hope. Since working with Rance, I've experienced meaningful improvement in my daily quality of life, and for the first time I feel empowered over my own health.
I started working with Rance back in 2019 when he first started personal training. He coached me on healthier eating habits that I still use today. Beyond that, he became a mentor and lifelong friend. He changed the way I view working out and what it truly means to be healthy.
