

Welcome
To give you an idea of who I am: My name is Rance. I’m a husband, a father, and a health coach—but, I’m also very human; someone who has been sick, overweight, frustrated, depressed, anxious, physically broken, felt alone, been lost, grieved… and healed.
I’ve been health coaching since 2019, and with each new year I’ve learned more than I ever could’ve anticipated. So far, I’ve walked alongside 100+ clients in my private practice and 200+ patients in my role as a health coach on a multidisciplinary patient care team. Fortune has allowed me to work with men and women ranging from ages 19 to 85.
I’m only 32, but I’ve dealt with a myriad of personal health problems, physical and mental, which spanned my late teens and early 20s. My health looked like what someone might expect of someone in their 90s—heart palpitations, chronic fatigue, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, spinal pains, shoulder pain, knee pain, chronic injuries, brain fog, eczema, IBS, trouble breathing at times… that’s just scratching the surface. I also watched up close as my mom fought cancer 3 times in a row, and finally lost.
All that to say: I can relate, and there’s hope. It’s not too late. You can still be who you were meant to be; your best self, mentally and physically.
I’ve personally healed through diet and lifestyle change, but I’ve also witnessed incredible healing across a wide spectrum of men and women, young and old, through the same means—people who have fought battles with cancer, had organs removed, survived devastating traumas, and so many more life-altering events.
Despite these catastrophic events, through working together to make seemingly insignificant lifestyle changes, we’ve encouraged their bodies to gravitate toward a state of wellness.
As it has been an honor to be a part of their journeys, it would be an honor to walk with you on yours.
